Given the year we've all just been through, it was actually really inspiring to look back with a sense of achievement and to see how far we've come. Certainly from my point of view as MD of Digity, it was a completely new area for me to navigate through. I've worked through two prior recessions but I've not managed a business in these circumstances and I learned a lot (and fast!). Thanks to everyone around us who supported us and to all our amazing clients for showing such resolve and commitment to do everything they could to compete. 

I know many businesses are looking back at 2020 and assessing the true impact. For us, I'm looking at the benefits. We've got more resolve, we've learnt where our strengths are, and addressed some weaknesses. Equally, from a vision point of view, we have a much clearer view of where we want to be and who we want to be working with - ultimately business owners who share our passion for achieving long-term success in the right way.

So thank you to all of the judges and organisers, we appreciate how much time and effort it takes to go through all the nominations, and also to those who nominated us; it's much appreciated.

Here's to 2021 and lots more achievements to come!
