The client.
Haes Technologies is a large, innovative manufacturer of fire industry products. They first approached us 5 years ago to create a new website for them, and we have since released a new site for 2020 and provided ongoing strategic marketing consultancy to help them optimise their traffic and lead generation activities.
The process.
It’s during periods of transition like this that our partnerships with clients truly shine - the requirement here was to design and build a brand new, e-commerce website on Wordpress for Haes Technologies to enable them to sell their products. We analysed Haes’ products, and realised that we had an opportunity to enhance their customer support by ensuring all product documentation was available to engineers directly from the website. This would save everyone time and improve value in the brand.
We have provided ongoing strategic input and consultancy for Haes - they have their own in-house marketing team, which we work alongside to combine our expertise to their strategy. We helped to ensure that the design of their website was seamless and sophisticated, with ease of use to accommodate the many users who visit their website seeking videos, downloadables and support to service Haes products in schools and commercial buildings.
This was quite a unique project, but we rose to the challenge, and have helped Haes Technologies find evolve their identity as a leader in their marketplace, ensuring they continue to provide the best possible service to their customers.
