Haes Technologies is a large, innovative manufacturer of fire industry products. We have worked with them for over 5 years  providing ongoing strategic marketing consultancy to help them optimise their traffic and lead generation activities. We also created a new website for them in 2020.

Client Overview

Haes Technologies is a large, innovative manufacturer of fire industry products. We have worked with them for over 5 years providing ongoing strategic marketing consultancy to help them optimise their traffic and lead generation activities.


We have since created a new website for them, introducing e-commerce in to the mix and taking the brand forward online across social media and email.

Brand new e-commerce website

It’s during periods of transition like this that our partnerships with clients truly shine - the requirement here was to design and build a brand new, e-commerce website on Wordpress for Haes Technologies to enable them to sell their products. We analysed Haes’ products, and realised that we had an opportunity to enhance their customer support by ensuring all product documentation was available to engineers directly from the website. This would save everyone time and improve value in the brand.

Sleek Wordpress E-Commerce Website 

The requirement for Haes was to design and build a brand-new E-Commerce website on Wordpress to enable the client to keep up with the times and sell their products online. We analysed Haes’ products and realised that we had an opportunity to enhance their customer support by ensuring all product documentation was available to engineers directly from the website. Theirs being an extremely technical industry, this would save everyone time and improve value in the brand. 


We also helped to launch the distribution side of their business, IST Supplies, creating a new website, branding, and ongoing marketing.

We have provided ongoing strategic input and consultancy for Haes - they had their own in-house marketing team, which we worked alongside. We helped to ensure that the design of their website was seamless and sophisticated and have taken over their social media to increase leads and engagement. Our role in launching IST Supplies was a crucial one, and has helped to make IST one of the leading distributors in the fire industry. Our ongoing social media, blogging and website updates for IST keeps them at the forefront of the industry. 
 
This was quite a unique project, but we rose to the challenge, and have helped Haes Technologies evolve their identity as a leader in their marketplace, ensuring they continue to provide the best possible service to their customers.
