New Website Design for Leading Mitsubishi Forklift Dealer

Welfaux Materials Handling, the leading Mitsubishi forklift truck dealer in Wokingham had an extremely dated website that did not reflect the growth and development of the company. They needed a brand new site that was more user friendly and showcased their wide range of stock, to make it easier for customers to browse their products and services.

Improving User Experience
We analysed the existing website, looking at analytics to help us determine what pages were relevant, and which were not. The new site we developed was more focused, providing an improved user experience. We removed any irrelevant pages and redesigned the site architecture to support a more logical user journey.

Complete Flexibility
One of the main issues Welfaux were having with their old site was that it was hard to update, making it difficult to add new stock and leaving them unable to make the most of assets from Mitsubishi, Combilift, and other main suppliers. In a competitive industry, where the stock was changing almost weekly, they needed to be able to update their website to keep customers up to date. The new site allowed them to do that, giving Welfaux complete flexibility over pages, elements and design.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Covering a wide geographical area, it was important to Welfaux that relevant users would be brought to the new site. We conducted a full SEO audit, optimising both on and off-page SEO on their new website to improve SERP rankings. To target specific locations, we created location pages, which has helped to improve website traffic from the specific areas.

Continuing Our Journey With Welfaux
Just because Welfaux’s site has launched, does not mean our journey with them ends there. Welfaux has now become one of our marketing retainer clients, meaning that on a monthly basis, we create:
- Monthly marketing review
- Consistent monitoring of stats, allowing us to make monthly improvements to the website
- Blogs (Focused on evergreen content, SEO topics and industry news)
- Social media (Idea generation, creation and scheduling. We also recently introduced Reels to Welfaux’s Instagram page!)
- Monthly email newsletter
The website is often just the start of clients’ journeys with us. Our marketing visions go way beyond the basics to help your business excel online and grow offline.
"We'd been working with Digity for the past few years and over that time, our approach to online had changed vastly but our website wasn't keeping up. We therefore decided to embark on a complete redesign and also to replatform which Digity took control of and we now have a more modern website which gives us great flexibility to keep it up-to-date going forward. More importantly, it's bringing in more interest to the key revenue generating areas of the business and maximising the impact we make through social media, email, google etc. The process was smooth and they made sure we had enough time to make the best possible impact and it's already producing results." Let's speed up your success.
Hello and thanks for visiting Digity. The risk of working in the creative industry is that you can easily make every web page about 2 miles long, so we thought we'd save both of us some time and cut to the chase. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll tell you how we can help. If for any reason we can't, we won't waste your time.
We look forward to hearing from you...
