The kbbreview podcast from Taylist Media was started to examine how retailers and suppliers in the independent kitchen and bathroom retail market are coping with the situation posed by coronavirus. It aims to “[...] share best practice, new ideas and practical ways to get business flowing.”

Our MD, Chris Lunn, featured on Episode 28 of the podcast, released today. He discussed all things digital marketing with host Andrew Davies; websites, social media, and other marketing tools, all specifically related towards Kitchen and Bathroom retailers.

Some Kitchen and Bathroom retailers have only begun developing their online presence and implementing a digital marketing strategy during the coronavirus pandemic, as lockdown forced them to shut showrooms and reach out to their client base online instead. Chris will detail how retailers in this position should decide their next steps going forward to continue their digital marketing journey.
