How we work
1. Set your goals.
We start with a kick-off meeting, and our first question is centred 100% around what you want your business to achieve. This may include: growing sales, increasing market share, opening new locations, improving your profit margin - or all of these and more. Once we’ve established exactly what you want to achieve, we can create the marketing plan & budget to realise your ambitions.
2. Build your brand.
Following the objective setting, we’ll then assess your current position in the market; including the relevance and appeal of your brand. What got you to where you are
may not be enough to get you to where you
want to go, so our design team will assess all aspects and ensure you’re equipped to succeed. This will go from your business cards, to your website, and everywhere in between.
3. Spread your message.
Following the brand review and asset checking, we’ll move on to the tactical side - detailing how and where we’ll get you noticed, by the right type of new customer. At this stage, we start assessing natural Google ranking opportunities, paid advertising, email, social media, content, video and more. From there we’ll establish priorities and a plan to help you build online momentum.
4. Maximise your success.
As well as bringing more potential customers to your door, we’ll help to improve your ability to convert them into customers. By various methods of effective and interactive tracking and engagement, we can help to highlight more opportunities than ever before. Then by integrating very clever (and simple!) tools into your sales process, we can help you to improve your close rates.
