Charles Thomas offer a building and refurbishment service, working with clients to create the home that they have always dreamed of. They needed a new website to get across the supreme quality of their work, their fantastic customer relationships and their flexible and accommodating team.

The Brand
Charles Thomas wanted to keep the general look of their previous logo, as they already had a large customer base who recognised the branding. However, they were looking to smarten it up to create a more high end, quality feel, ensuring it would work with a new improved website aesthetic.
The new logo uses a sans serif font, creating a concise, clear and sophisticated appearance, with the text now placed at one side of the icon. The colours tones have been softened as well as the font, to appear friendly and approachable. We also created two versions - one for placement on dark backgrounds, and one for light backgrounds.
The Website
Using a new colour scheme that perfectly compliments the logo, the website has been designed with a massive emphasis on imagery. Their fantastic photos of impressive home transformations and renovations speak for themselves. The use of drone footage video on the home page, guiding you through the transition from a project's construction to completion, looks fantastic, and really gives an insight into the huge projects Charles Thomas work on.
Another unique factor of the Charles Thomas website is their personalised graphics, detailing the range of loft conversions that they offer. With so many different and complex types of loft conversion, it was hard to convey exactly what they look like without a unique graphic for each, so that's what we did! The Loft Conversions page is therefore a lot more accessible and understandable for peoplewith minimal construction knowledgelooking to transform their home.
Case studies were essential for the new website, demonstrating their range of skills and the amazing repertoire they have with their clients. Our team interviewed each client, getting to know the project and their experience, and noting down testimonial quotes. These came together in a fantastic way, really emphasising the amazing service Charles Thomas provide.
New business cards were designed and printed on sturdy, triplex 600 USM card for a truly premium feel. The memorable and eye-catching design is ideal for giving to potential customers, and represents their brand perfectly. We have also created a letterhead, which smartens up any invoices or notes for clients.
Working with Charles Thomas was a great experience, their impressive projects and fantastic client reputation giving us scope to create a site that has impact, stunning imagery, a high quality feel, interesting content and a unique design.
